How To Transfer From Binance To FTX

Looking to make a move from Binance to FTX? If so you’ll need to get your crypto transferred over.

Making the switch to the FTX exchange is an easy one and moving your assets over is simple to do.

BEWARE: Make sure you use the correct blockchain networks to transfer or you could lose your funds.

In this guide, I’ll show you how to transfer over your BTC, ETH and other cryptos from Binance to FTX.

How To Transfer Crypto From Binance to FTX

These steps which I show below should take you around 3-5 minutes to complete.

1. Find your FTX Receiver Address

To start off we’re going to need to find our “Receiver Address” which is located in the FTX wallet.

To do this start off by logging into your FTX account.

Head over to FTX.com or FTX.us and press “Log In” to complete this.

Once you’re logged in, we’re going to need to navigate to the wallet.

In the top left of your screen you should see a “Wallet” button.

Click on “Wallet”.

Now we’re on the wallet page, we will need to find which asset you’re transferring over.

Depending on the asset you want to transfer, the receiving address will vary.

In this case to keep it simple I will use Bitcoin. You can use the same steps for other cryptos like Ethereum, Solana, Litecoin and more.

Search for Bitcoin and then on the right side you should see several options you can pick from: “Deposit”, “Withdraw”, “Convert” and “Lend”.

Click on “Deposit”.

You should now have a popup which appears on your screen.

You’ll see a variety of ways to deposit Bitcoin.

It’s very important that you keep the method of deposit, the same as the method of withdrawal which we will use on Binance.

So in this case I will use the Bitcoin network which is the first deposit address listed.

Click the “Copy” button to copy the address onto your clipboard.

2. Head over to the Binance wallet

For the next step we need to make our way over to the Binance wallet.

To do this log in to Binance.com.

Once you’re logged in you should see a “Wallet” option in the top right of the screen.

Click on “Wallet” which should open a dropdown menu.

Now proceed to click on “Fiat and Spot”.

This will take us to the Binance wallet page which shows our balances of our digital assets.

We want to search for the coin that we want to move from Binance to FTX.

In this case I will type “Bitcoin” in the search box.

When the list loads, it will display all coins that contain the word “Bitcoin”.

Look for the coin you need in this case I want the original Bitcoin.

Then click “Withdraw” on the right hand side.

3. Withdraw Bitcoin from Binance to FTX

On the withdrawal page you should now see several boxes you need to fill out.

First the “Select Coin” dropdown, it should by default be selected to whichever coin you clicked “Withdraw” on, in this case Bitcoin.

For the address field, you want to paste the BTC deposit address you previously copied from FTX.

The network dropdown should be the network that is the same as your FTX network.

For Bitcoin, I will use the Bitcoin network.

The amount is the amount you want to transfer over, in this example I’ll enter 1.

Once your information is complete and you’ve checked it over click “Withdraw”.

4. Confirm your withdrawal

For the final steps you need to confirm your withdrawal.

You will receive an email or SMS from Binance with a code that you need to input to confirm the withdrawal.

You may also need to enter your 2FA information, if you have it enabled on your account.

Once it’s confirmed it should take around 30-60 minutes to arrive in your FTX account.

You can check Binance withdrawal times in our guide.
